Skinny Guys – Does Adding Muscle Equal More Sex?

1146070_misskaSkinny guys if your struggling in the dating arena then maybe adding some muscle to your skinny frame might help. Let’s face it women like men who look masculine and we are not talking about meat heads with huge muscles. We are talking about men who work out and develop a healthy looking physique that is obvious.

I know that this may seem obvious but research is also highlighting this fact and time and time again psychology studies show that women will choose men that are more muscular for sexual partners in the short term and have sex with them quicker than without going through a long dating period. A further interesting finding is that these types of men, women will also sleep with them without having a strong emotional attatchment to them at the beginning.

So basicaly if your a skinny guy and you want to have more “flings” or possibility of being in more relationships then building some muscle can help you quite a bit in this area. Although I still think the driving factor for working out and packing on muscle as a skinny guy should be for health and self esteem purposes if you need a bit more motivation then picturing yourself “hooking up more” as your pumping iron is probably good for you.

So if your a skinny guy who is out of luck with women find a workout that is suited specifically for hardgainers and stick with it and reap the rewards over and over.
