Here are four very effective ab workouts that have been proven to work at slimming your belly and shaping your abs.</p>
<p>Your first order of business is to lose the stubborn belly fat that is hiding the good looking abs. To do this you need to work on speeding up your metabolism. The best exercise to do this is the deadlift.</p>
<p>The deadlift really works all the major muscle groups in your body and forces your core to stabilize and tighten when performing the workout. Adding this into your workout routine three times a week will benefit your metabolism the most out of all the exercises and is the first thing you should add to your workout to shape your abs.</p>
<p>The next workout you want to use or add in to your routine will also help increase your fat burning hormones. It is the squat. The squat works the main muscle groups in your body about as well as the dead lift but you may feel it work your abs a bit more. The squat and deadlift combined are the best one two punch to really speed up your metabolism and get your body on the right track for a sexy six-pack.</p>
