Here is a quick and eay to implement biceps training tip that will increase the amount of weight you can lift and the more weight you can lift the more stimulus your provide for your muscles to grow!
Whenever you are doing any curling movements for instance, from the bottom position, instead of starting the movement with a wrist cult (which most people do without even noticing), whereby you are bending your wrist in the direction of your forearm. Instead of doing this movement which really takes a lot of stress off of your biceps replace it with this quick little trick that is worth it’s weight in gold. Bend your wrists down as you go through the complete curling movement! So what you are doing is getting your wrist into a locked position where your knuckles are pulled back towards the ground (the opposite way that the wrist curl movement).
This clever little trick will put more pressure and stress onto the biceps (where the stress should be) and off of the wrists. Implement this little trick as soon as you hit the gym next and you will notice the results in the amount of weight that you can lift!
