<p>Straight up, your going to need to be getting adequate amounts of protein. You will feel more full on a protein based diet than a carbohydrate alternative and protein also plays a very important part in the building blocks of muscular tissue.</p>
<p>Also increase your intake of the good fats, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated. So up the ante on fish oils, nuts, avocado and extra virgin olive oil. Keep your intake of fats at about 30% or a bit lower because they do have concentrated amounts of calories but you will feel fuller for longer on fats. As another bonus your insulin levels will stabalize.</p>
<p>So what about carbs? Well the easy answer is to minimalize your intake. The time when you most need to be focused on carbohydrates is during the post workout period because this is when your body is at the most neediest stage for carbohydrates. Your body will literally suck them up and absorb them to be used to build up your muscle tissues and aid in muscle repair and recovery. The trouble with carbohydrates is when your are indulging on them all the time and they are more than likely going to turn into body fat unless they are taken post workout.</p>
<p>Lastly, you should make it a habit of eating about one cup of raw vegetables at every meal. If you adopt this habit every day you will experience amazing changes. Firstly, all the live enzymes in the veggies are going to aid your absorption of all the nutrients and macronutrients of your meal, they will control your insulin levels and keep them stable, you will feel better and you will be more hydrated. Oh and your skin is going to look fab as well.</p>

<p>Your first order of business is to lose the stubborn belly fat that is hiding the good looking abs. To do this you need to work on speeding up your metabolism. The best exercise to do this is the deadlift.</p>
<p>The deadlift really works all the major muscle groups in your body and forces your core to stabilize and tighten when performing the workout. Adding this into your workout routine three times a week will benefit your metabolism the most out of all the exercises and is the first thing you should add to your workout to shape your abs.</p>
<p>The next workout you want to use or add in to your routine will also help increase your fat burning hormones. It is the squat. Making a few simple changes to whole wheat will make a big difference in your energy levels and how you feel.</p>
<p>You can get 6 pack abs by following another important step. And I believe it&#8217;s obvious, but it is to become more active! When you eat all the right foods, yes, you can drop some poundage, but if you&#8217;re not active, it won&#8217;t change your physique, it will just be a smaller you.
